Terms of use.

By downloading, installing, or using the Pitlane application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors to our website and registered app users.

Pitlane is a track day planning and management application developed by RR Software Group. The Service allows users to log track day sessions, manage car setup profiles, track maintenance, create packing lists, and access related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete account information. • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at rrsoftwaregroup@outlook.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app. • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content. • Use automated tools to access or scrape the Service. • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Some features of Pitlane are available through a paid subscription ("Pitlane Premium"). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. We do not process payments directly and do not store payment card information. All refund requests must be directed to Apple. We are unable to process refunds directly.

All content, design, code, and materials within the Service are the intellectual property of RR Software Group or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written consent. Your personal data and content you create within the app (sessions, notes, etc.) remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Track day activities carry inherent risks. Pitlane is a planning and logging tool only. We accept no responsibility for decisions made based on information entered into the app, or for any incidents or accidents on track.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RR Software Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time using Delete Account on the Profile tab in the Pitlane app while signed in, or by contacting us at rrsoftwaregroup@outlook.com.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
